How to Plant your tree

• Dig a hole slightly larger than the pot the tree is in when you bought the tree

• Plant your tree, keeping the dirt at the same level on the tree as to what it was in the pot. Do not over bury!

• Fill the soil back in, trying to remove all ‘air pockets’

• Build a ‘basin’ around the trunk of the tree and water immediately, repeat tomorrow and then twice weekly for the first month. Move to once a week watering for the first growing season

• Don’t apply any fertiliser to the hole before planting or on the tree after planting until the tree starts to grow!
